Sk Farhan Rabbi is a Ph.D. student in Communication at George Mason University. He completed his M.A. in Communication Studies at Arkansas State University in 2024 and earned his B.A. in Communication and Media Studies in Bangladesh in 2018. Before he started his Ph.D., he was an instructor of Public Speaking at Kansas State University. He was also awarded $500 in funding as a Grad Edge Peer Facilitator at Kansas State University, recognizing his commitment to academic leadership and mentoring. In 2024, he received a Top Six Paper Award for one of his research papers at the Southwest Education Council for Journalism and Mass Communication Annual Conference in Texas. 

Beyond his academic work, Farhan brings nearly a decade of professional experience as a photographer and filmmaker, which informs both his scholarly and creative perspectives on media and communication.
