Mohamed Ahmed is an experienced Finance and Operations Manager with a track record of successfully managing complex operations in fast-paced environments. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® with over 10 years of experience at the Center for Climate Change Communication (Mason 4C) in operations and project management, finance, budget planning, human resources, customer service, and research. His experience includes supporting research teams in the service of solutions within a university environment. He is dedicated to developing and implementing processes to reduce research-to-practice gaps, boost efficiency, and streamline procedures for optimal outcomes. 

Beyond his professional life, Mohamed holds a B.A. in Environmental and Sustainability Studies with a minor in Environmental Economics, and an M.S. in Environmental Science and Policy, both from George Mason University. Currently, he's pursuing studies in Earth Systems in Geoinformation Science, driven by his interests in Environmental Science, Geoinformation Science, Climate Change, and Human and Health Geography.
