Caitlin Kelleghan

Caiti Kelleghan is the Budget and Grant Administrator at the Center for Climate Change Communication (4C) at George Mason University. She brings more than a decade of experience in grants management, compliance, and budgeting within the nonprofit sector.

Before joining 4C in 2025, Caiti spent 16 years working in the refugee resettlement field, supporting programs that promote the health, well-being, and stability of refugees and unaccompanied children. Her career reflects a deep commitment to advancing initiatives that create meaningful impact.

Caiti holds a master’s degree in Peace Operations from George Mason University, a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from California State University, Chico, and a certificate in Grants Management.
