Receiving this award made me pause and reflect. After reading Wendy’s story, I felt a deep sense of responsibility. Her courage, optimism, and commitment to others left a lasting impression on me. Though I never knew her personally, I carry her spirit with me. I will do my best to honor her legacy by continuing to show up, serve with heart, and keep moving forward with purpose.

We don’t need extraordinary resources to continue her way; just the intention to live fully and lift others, one day at a time.
