Honors in Communication Research Sequence Info Session

Monday, March 22, 2021 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM EDT
Virtual/Zoom

RSVP NOW CLOSED

If you are interested in being more competitive with employers upon graduation or if you hope to someday attend graduate school (MA or PhD), please attend this no pressure information session to see how the COMM 490/COMM 491 Honors in Communication sequence is right for you.

Join Dr. Cai on Monday, March 22 at 1pm, when she will explain what this course sequence is and why a student would want to participate. There will be no pressure, no hard sell…..only the opportunity for you to learn if this is a path you’d like to take before you graduate!

This two-semester sequence is designed to take your education to the next level by offering one-on-one guidance as you engage in research. Dr. Cai works with a class of 15 maximum students every year, guaranteeing personalized support through every step. In this class, you will fulfill your COMM 400 requirement, will learn how to perform research from an expert, and will have the edge over other students in your graduating class when applying for jobs or graduate school.

By completing both semesters with a B or higher, you will earn the prestigious Honors in COMM designation. Only about five percent of all Communication students graduate with this designation every spring, which will make you an elite part of our department.

To find out more information, please RSVP above.
