Don Halcombe, Director of Communications, Netflix- Don Halcombe currently serves as Director, Communications for Netflix, where he leads the series communications team. In his role, he oversees all communications for television series, including securing and managing business and trade coverage about Netflix series, new series and overall deal announcements, executive visibility, crisis communications and more. Prior to his current role, Don was Director of Originals Publicity at Netflix where he oversaw publicity and awards campaigns for shows including Orange is the New

Black, Stranger Things, Grace and Frankie, and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, the Academy Award nominated documentary Virunga and many more.

Clay McConnell, Head of Communications, Airbus Americas- Clay McConnell is Vice President of Communications for Airbus Americas, Inc. at the company’s headquarters in Herndon, Virginia. Clay leads the team responsible for all communications and image-building activities for Airbus’ businesses (commercial aircraft, defense, space, and helicopters) throughout North and South America and the Caribbean, including media relations, internal communications, social media strategy and engagement, advertising, sponsorship and events management, merchandising, crisis management and the company’s speaker bureau. Clay joined Airbus and its U.S. executive team in 2001 from Delta Air Lines, where he had served as Director of Corporate Communications.
