Provides students with industry specific, practical research and analysis skills essential for strategic communication. Focus areas include audience analysis and segmentation, message development and evaluation, as well as media monitoring. Students conduct applied research using survey and focus group methods, social listening skills, and media sentiment analysis. Students also learn how AI applications assist or extend traditional research and analytics efforts in the field of strategic communication. Offered by Communication. Limited to three attempts.
