Forensics Success at Virginia is for Lovers Tournament

Mason Forensics competed in the Virginia is for Lovers Tournament at GMU on Saturday October 5thand had another impressive weekend. 11 speech events were represented at the tournament. Mason brought home 7 Champions and multiple final round contestants.

Dramatic Interpretation: Landry Ayres (Champion), Tanner Terrell, Patricia Zibelli, Sean Cummings

Duo Interpretation: Bria Woodyard & Miles Boone (Champions), Molly Hoke & Landry Ayres, Emma Bleker & Sean Cummings

Extemporaneous Speaking: Aditya Komanduri, Nathan Leys, Samuel Abney

Impromptu Speaking: Nathan Leys

Informative Speaking: Samantha Jordan, Nathan Leys, Desirae Luna

Sophomore, Nathan Leys received 4th place in Individual Sweepstakes. The team’s next competition is this weekend at West Chester.
