The Fall 2013 Forensics Season has been great for Mason 43. Every one of the 32 members of the team has advanced to at least one Final Round during the Fall semester garnering more than 300 total finals, more than 75 individual event championships, and securing 41 national qualifications already. Mason won 11 of the 13 tournaments we attended and placed second at the remaining two. We will close our semester hosting the largest high school invitational speech and debate tournament in the nation this semester and the largest high school speech invitational of the entire year here on the Fairfax campus this weekend. Come watch nearly 3000 students, coaches, and judges scream with joy as the elimination round postings are dropped over the railings of the Johnson Center this Sunday. Thanks for all your support.
