Lynn Do is a senior Communication major with a concentration in public relations. She currently works as an administrative business partner for a cybersecurity company but decided to go a different route for her internship. She is a Spring 2026 intern with a wedding planning company called Little Details Events Company, (follow them on Instagram)which is a rapidly emerging wedding planning company based in Fairfax, Virginia. They have been planning weddings in the D.C., Maryland and Virginia areas since 2022. This internship has Lynn working mostly virtually with her clients and vendors in planning sessions but also on-site for wedding day coordination. Her various tasks include:
· rebranding their company logo,
· refreshing their company website and branding,
· working with clients and vendors from planning to execution of their wedding day,
· executing wedding day coordination on-site, and
· managing and creating content for their social media.
The internship will help Lynn develop soft skills in communication when managing various vendors and clients, problem-solving on short notice and having emotional intelligence for their clientele in a stressful environment.
