The College of Humanities and Social Sciences is proud to honor Brittany Sanders,
BA Communication '14, with the 2023 Distinguished Alumni Award - Communication.
Sanders started as a first-year student in the communication department at George Mason University in 2010. She was a full-time student working multiple jobs on campus, both with Mason Recreation and the office of sponsored programs. In 2014, on the precipice of graduating with her BA in communication, Sanders began a staff position in the communication department as the graduate programs coordinator and has now started her tenth year in the job.
