This past weekend (Friday, October 6, 2023) Mason Communication Undergraduate Program Director, Dr. Cathy Wright and the Undergraduate Program Coordinator from Criminology, Law, and Society Kristin Tyburczy, presented at the National Advising Association for Academic Advisors Conference (NACADA). Their presentation was titled, “Work Smarter, Not Harder: Developing your Communication Plan”. Dr. Wright and Tyburczy also held a workshop on how to reach out to students during different times of the semester to make sure they are getting the information they need to be successful. There were about 100 people in attendance for the presentation and workshop!
