Elisa Stephano is a senior communication major with a concentration in public relations. She interns with the Keri Shull Team, a real estate agency, and works on the Hyperfast Agent brand, which is a coaching brand that has over 300 clients across the country. The team is the top producing real estate team in the DC Metro area and rapidly growing. The brand helps spread knowledge and train real estate agents to grow a business. The various assigned projects allow Elisa to expand her knowledge in the fields of public relations and real estate. A few of her responsibilities include:
- develop client relations,
- process and handle book orders,
- monitor and update the private Facebook group consisting of over 300 clients,
- update courses in the Hyperfast Academy,
- audit spreadsheets,
- organize and track inventory, and
- create and schedule zoom links for meetings.
Elisa applies what she has learned from her Mason courses in public relations to communicate effectively with clients and professionally interact with her team. With each task, Elisa further develops her organizational, leadership, and problem solving skills. “This experience really advances my professional communication skills, and helps me become a solution forward thinker.”
