Karin Nordin has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Master's Degree focused on Interpersonal Communication from the University of Alabama. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Health Communication here at George Mason. She focuses her research on how growth mindset can benefit classroom and teaching situations, as well as behavior change using the Theory of Planned Behavior. Karin is also interested in the behavior change patterns related health, nutrition, and fitness, and is a certified and practicing nutrition coach.
