Ryan received a B.A. in Mathematics from Wabash College and an M.A. in Liberal Studies with a focus in Global Studies from Indiana University. He began the PhD program in Cultural Studies in 2015 and is interested in the commodification of citizenship and the emergence and development of formal Citizenship by Investment programs in the Caribbean.
