COMM 452: Media Production Practicum

COMM 452-001: Media Production Practicum
(Fall 2021)

Section Information for Fall 2021

The 400-level media production experiential learning activity and the proposal you submit should reflect professional development and advanced application of principles and practices in media production.  While not a senior portfolio course as such, one should approach in the same manner.

Once the application has been approved, one can register for the course.  The course is an independent study, and there is no fixed class time required as your employer, or internship coordinator will set those hours, which should be a minimum of 12 – 15 hours a week.

Generally, students are required to find their opportunity for experiential learning.  Alternatively, there is COMM 450, which is the Internship course.

Please review the requirements outlined in the fillable form carefully before submitting your application.

COMM 452 001 enrollment is controlled. Contact instructor for permission to register.
