Ashley is a George Mason fan through and through: she is a soon-to-be two-time graduate, four-year staff member, Mason athletics fan, and it's where she met her husband.
She is graduating with her M.A. in communication with a concentration in strategic communication in the winter of 2021. She previously graduated with a B.A. in communication in 2017. She finished both her master's degree and bachelor's degree with Summa Cum Laude and funnily enough, a 3.97 GPA for each! While earning her M.A. in communication, Ashley worked on a Mason College of Humanities and Social Sciences grant as a data research collector.
She has also served as the communication specialist for Mason Human Resources and Payroll for the past four years. During her time here, she named and designed the MasonLEAPS branding and redesigned the HR & Payroll website.
In addition to working and studying at Mason, Ashley also found the love of her life here! She and Tyler met in 2013 as undergraduate students. The two got married in 2020 in an intimate and lovely ceremony. Tyler also worked at Mason, holds a bachelor's and master's degree from Mason, and is a huge Mason athletics fan!
In her free time, Ashley loves volunteering at her local animal shelter, playing and snuggling with her kitty cat Bella, and spending time outdoors.
