Professor Fair has been an instructor for George Mason since 2015 for the Department of Communication and the School of Business.
 
In private practice, Professor Fair has provided differentiated instruction in undergraduate mathematics and music performance and composition and has designed curricula for hybrid and fully online courses in mathematics and art history. Her business professional experience includes management accounting and database administration along with her entrepreneurial pursuits.
 
 

Current Research

Current research activities are directed toward the development of technology based learning environments to support algebraic reasoning in undergraduate students.

Education

Professor Fair is currently a PhD Candidate in the Graduate School of Education, George Mason University. Her areas of research are in the design and development of instructional technologies for undergraduate mathematics. She holds an MEd in Instructional Design and Technologies, and her undergraduate studies were in 2 and 3 dimensional design.
