-The Analyst/Technical Writer is responsible for managing all corporate technical documentation and expected to provide OSINT support on a variety of research-based tasks.
-Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct open source research and analysis to identify information gaps and potential cyber threats using various analytical methodologies and intelligence systems. Evaluate the relevance and accuracy of gathered information to produce multi-source intelligence packages. Create and actively update all technical documentation to include user guides, test plans and procedures, marketing material, training material, and customized report templates. Perform front end software testing/analysis as needed. Prepare and occasionally conduct product demonstrations for potential clients.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Communication, English, and Journalism preferred but 1-3 years of experience is acceptable.
-Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office products and InDesign. Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading, and editing skills. Experience as a technical writer for hardware and/or software documentation. Ability to operate in a multi-tasking and fast-paced environment. Experience using Camtasia or other video editing software is a plus.
-Desired Skills: Strong research and analytical skills.

-Position 1: Website maintenance and data entry internship
-Dates: June 5th- August 19th
-Looking for a part time intern, no more than 20hrs a week Tuesday through Saturday, to help with website maintenance, in particular updating pictures, calendars and content for all departments (golf, tennis, fitness, pool and club house events). Familiarity with Jonas software is a plus. This person will also help the Membership director with data entry when creating the new member directory.

-Manage informal and fast food and beverage service at the pool. Design, develop and implement programs for members’ guests’ children. Supervise safe, clean and appealing club swimming facilities. Supervise employees, order supplies, implement controls and mange effectively to ensure that budgeted food, labor, supplies and other cost goals are maintained. Hire and set schedule for pool servers and bartenders. Organizes and plans birthday parties for the member’s children. Attends pool committee meetings, maintains accurate payroll time records and reports, and complies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage and fire laws/regulations.

-PBS NewsHour is looking for a Production Assistant, Media Assets (PA) to work with the Media Assets team, performing a variety of tasks related to the management and archiving of PBS NewsHour media assets (both digital and tape) and support for the production work of the PBS NewsHour. The PA exercises independent judgment and collaborates with producers, technicians and other members of the PBS NewsHour organization, for the daily broadcast and online content.
-Primary responsibilities include assisting and monitoring footage for the PBS NewsHour Media Management system, entering data into the legacy Library archival database, and researching and fulfilling video requests for producers. Further, the PA will edit and duplicate video for clients, guests, and others, as necessary, using editing programs, such as Avid Media Composer, Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro. Additionally, they will provide production assistance, and assist in curation of incoming footage; including field footage, outside-sourced footage and News source footage from providers including APTN, Reuters, ITN and ABC NewsOne.
-Qualified applicants will have Bachelors in journalism, or related field, and one (1) year of experience with Media Asset Management Systems. In addition, they will have some experience with broadcast and online journalism, and experience with Avid Composer, Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
